The new ships, Finnsirius and Finncanopus, sail from Naantali in Finland to Kapellskär in Sweden. The ferry goes via Långnäs in the Åland Islands. There are 2 daily departures with a journey time of around 8 to 9 hours. The ships sail through the stunning archipelago, offering breathtaking views as you bob along the ocean.

Why visit Naantali:
Naantali is located around 15km from Turku, the old capital and the oldest city in Finland. Its close proximity to Turku makes it a popular day trip destination. Naantali is a historical coastal town with stunning architecture, interesting sights and a rich culture. Named Sunshine City, it boasts the most sunshine hours in Finland, so it’s great if you’re in search of Vitamin D. It’s also got the beautiful Finnish archipelago right on its doorstep.

On deck 11, you’ll find the Kids Corner. It’s a nautical-themed playroom with lighthouses, a balloon sea and the ship’s mascot, Stella the dog. On deck 12, there’s also an outdoor Space Games play area with views out to sea. During holiday seasons fun performers keep the kids entertained whilst you sit back and relax.
When it comes to family meals, The Family Zone at the Fisherman’s Bistro has you covered. Children aged 0-5 also eat free with an adult at the Cargo Buffet and Mickes Premium Breakfast.
Accommodation on board
There are a wide range of cabins on board both Finnsirius and Finncanopus. They’re located on decks 9 and 10 of the ships. From Family & Friends cabins sleeping up to 6 people, to pet-friendly cabins and accessible cabins for people with reduced mobility, there’s literally something to suit everyone.
All cabins come with air conditioning, a shower/toilet and hard flooring. Some even come with a sea view so you can wake up to ocean panoramas.
Cabins range from simple economy ones to more luxurious cabins such as the LUX, Junior Suites and Owner’s Suites which offer beautiful views, spa access, welcome gifts, bathrobes and other perks.
