Now operating in the Archipelago Sea, the two new ships offer a seamless connection between Finland and Sweden.
Finnsirius and Finncanopus Routes
The new ships, Finnsirius and Finncanopus, sail from Naantali in Finland to Kapellskär in Sweden. The ferry goes via Långnäs in the Åland Islands. There are 2 daily departures with a journey time of around 8 to 9 hours. The ships sail through the stunning archipelago, offering breathtaking views as you bob along the ocean.

The newest additions to Finnlines’ fleet connect the towns of Naantali and Kapellskär. Whether you fancy exploring charming old towns or hiking along the coast, both cities offer an abundance of exciting opportunities.
Why visit Naantali:
Naantali is located around 15km from Turku, the old capital and the oldest city in Finland. Its close proximity to Turku makes it a popular day trip destination. Naantali is a historical coastal town with stunning architecture, interesting sights and a rich culture. Named Sunshine City, it boasts the most sunshine hours in Finland, so it’s great if you’re in search of Vitamin D. It’s also got the beautiful Finnish archipelago right on its doorstep.

The large, covered Under the Stars terrace is ideal for year-round gatherings. During the summer, top deck Stars bar serves refreshing drinks and snacks on the terrace.

Indulge at Höyry Spa
A trip to Höyry Spa will make your journey even more relaxing. There’s a Finnish sauna, steam sauna, and several jacuzzis including an outdoor jacuzzi. There’s also a terrace for cooling off in between steamy sauna sessions. Afterwards, you can head to the spa bar for a cocktail or two.

Whether you fancy splashing some cash or just having a browse, Sailor’s Shop offers a range of tax-free goods from cosmetics to jewellery, clothing and spirits.

Relax in the Premium Stellar Lounge
The Premium Stellar Lounge is located on the top deck with panoramic sea views. There are plenty of perks that come with lounge access including snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic refreshments as well as free luggage storage and faster Wi-Fi.

The ships are great if you’re travelling for work. The Stellar Lounge also offers quiet and private spaces for working. Plus, they come with a pretty great view.
Family-friendly facilities
Travelling with the whole gang? Both ships are family-friendly, with enough activities to keep the little ones entertained from the get go.
On deck 11, you’ll find the Kids Corner. It’s a nautical-themed playroom with lighthouses, a balloon sea and the ship’s mascot, Stella the dog. On deck 12, there’s also an outdoor Space Games play area with views out to sea. During holiday seasons fun performers keep the kids entertained whilst you sit back and relax.
When it comes to family meals, The Family Zone at the Fisherman’s Bistro has you covered. Children aged 0-5 also eat free with an adult at the Cargo Buffet and Mickes Premium Breakfast.
Accommodation on board
There are a wide range of cabins on board both Finnsirius and Finncanopus. They’re located on decks 9 and 10 of the ships. From Family & Friends cabins sleeping up to 6 people, to pet-friendly cabins and accessible cabins for people with reduced mobility, there’s literally something to suit everyone.
All cabins come with air conditioning, a shower/toilet and hard flooring. Some even come with a sea view so you can wake up to ocean panoramas.
Cabins range from simple economy ones to more luxurious cabins such as the LUX, Junior Suites and Owner’s Suites which offer beautiful views, spa access, welcome gifts, bathrobes and other perks. The Junior Suite and Owner’s Suite are extra special. The former comes with a sea-facing bathtub whilst the latter has its very own sauna and jacuzzi with sea views.
