  I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff aboard the Stena line ferry between France and Ireland. They went far above and beyond the norm, when my cat escaped my car and the boat crew spent hours searching for, successfully!  Thank you, Stena Line!

  The 15 hour trip was made more enjoyable by the staff and the amenities on board. I booked the reclining chair initially, but couldn't take the extreme vibrations and noise. I ended up upgrading to a cabin (relatively affordable, but only if available). Meals were included in my ticket, and were reasonably good. The organisation on the Cherbourg side was not th greatest, as it was a lot of waiting, driving to the next point, waiting some more, driving to the next point, waiting some more.

  I usually travel via the Euro Tunnel but I chose to go via ferry this time .The ferries are immaculate the facilities are great. I would highly recommend the Club Class the extra £12 is very worth it. The staff are efficient and friendly. Irish Ferries have set high standards throughout at a great prices. I will certainly be going within again
