The Norman Spirit is a modern superferry providing optimal comfort whatever the sailing conditions. Onboard you’ll find a range of venues to shop, eat and drink. There is ample comfortable seating with a refined yet friendly atmosphere. You’ll also find extensive outside decks, a children’s play area, internet access and a games arcade.
There's a range of comfortable cabins with something to suit all budgets and requirements, all with fresh bedding, sheets, blankets and air conditioning. Most are en-suite, however those that aren't all have easy access to nearby toilets and showers. For the budget conscious traveller, the standard type reclining seats in the Horizon Lounge offer real comfort and are arranged in rows of a maximum of two meaning all passengers have direct access to an aisle. The Club Class seats in the Velvet Lounge and Tweed Lounge are larger and more generously spaced than the standard seats living up to their promise of exceptional comfort. The high quality Sleeper Seats are set in a private lounge and recline fully to turn into 2.10 metre long horizontal beds. Arranged in sets of twin seats, they are equipped with leg rests and partitioned so you can enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own space.
All tastes are catered for in the "Bistro du Norman" self-service restaurant offering superb value for money whatever the time of day. A Children’s menu and vegetarian menu are also available. In the "Blue Mountain Café Express" Coffee Lounge you can relax and enjoy the trip while you savour a rich coffee, fruit juice or cold beer in a cosy setting. The "Dirty Duck" Pub style bar is a great venue to start or end your trip with friends or family with a superb range of wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks and tea and coffee on offer.
Onboard the Norman Spirit you will find an extensive range of specially selected alcohols, tobaccos, perfumes, toys, books, cameras and chocolates, as well as a host of other wonderful gift ideas. Daily newspapers are also available for your convenience.
Sport can be watched in the lounge on the TV and there's also a "Lucky Duck Gaming Arcade".
A number of areas have been set aside especially for children. Younger children can let off steam in the brightly coloured play-zones while video games and cartoons will keep the older ones entertained making travelling fun for everyone.
There are specially adapted en-suite disabled cabins and lift access to decks.
